I've had their knife now for almost 2 years. Talk about great customer service, you can take your knife in there anytime you want, they clean it, sharpener it and fix anything wrong with it all for just being a customer can't beat that nowadays...
I have been picking up my sons "knife of the month" knives as he is in the service in San Diego. I actually look forward to it. Chris is awesome. I enjoy looking at all the stuff they have! Helpful staff and fun to share stories with.

I've been a RavenPac member for 9 cumulative months, and I've never been disappointed. Even knives that aren't EDC have a place in the household, I even gifted the filet to my girlfriends dad who hunts, he loves it. Last week finally had the money to drop on an OTF from one of the live feeds, of course by the time I saw it, the knife I wanted was gone. I have carried several brands of knives over the years...never again!! I will always be carrying RCT from now on (actually the last year and forever)! After my Benchmade OTF failed from zero use I’m a RavenCrestTactical kind of guy now!!!
Walked into the shop and wanted to pick up an otf knife same day, saw some online and knew the color and blade I wanted. Soon as I walked in Chris helped me out with showing me the colors I told him I wanted and started to build it right there. Could not be happier with how it came out and how flawless it works. He also sharpened another knife of mine which became sharper then it ever has been, for sure going back to sharpen more knives and to pick up another OTF mini and such!
