A great big thank you to Erica at Ravencrest! I met her at the booth they had set up at "Tent City" in Washington D.C. at National Police Week. I told her my story of how I destroyed my Ravencrest OTF knife by dropping it in a fire. She informed me there is a lifetime warranty. She gave me the instructions how to request a shipping label to return the old one and she hooked me up on getting my replacement. Great customer service! Thank you again Erica!!
Got the build your own everything on it I switched it out for my benchmark been my edc ever since can't find nothing wrong with it I'll pass it down when I'm gone excellent knife
