Apparently what I wrote was erased by Raven Property Management. �
I live in the same building Tracy commented about. There was a recurring issue with the hot water for a few months, at which point the buildings water heater was replaced and the ENTIRE building had its water piping redone. This was something that was widely known about by ALL tenants and was a massive undertaking that led to a happier way of life for us all. Raven Property went out of their way to deal with monumental headaches that let us all live our lives much more comfortably.
My review didn't post correctly and my message disappeared. I have always had my phone calls returned , Eric and Valerie have gone out of there way to make me as a renter happy. I appreciate all you do !!!
