RecommendedDr. Raven has done some amazing things that I didn't think were possible. A couple of my front teeth were discolored since childhood and now they match the rest of my teeth perfectly. He was the only dentist to tell me there was a solution to the problem and ask me if I wanted it fixed. He is an exceptional dentist - up to date on current techniques, thorough and practically painless! Karen, "our" hygienist for the past 20+ years, is pretty awesome too!
As a child I had bad experiences with dentists. I started going to Dr. Thurn about 30 years ago. The transition to Dr. Raven has been a good one. I like the way he explaines each step of the procedure. The entire staff is great. Karen is wonderful.
Everything about Dr. Raven and his staff is top notch!!! I have been going here for 11 years, previously was Dr. Thurn, and now Dr. Raven and every encounter, be it cleaning, check up or actually dental work has been perfect!

Going to the dentist, not my favorite thing � but the staff and Dr. Raven make it much better. Funny and genuinely kind group of people. If you HAVE to go, might as well be with people who make you laugh!
I have appreciated them giving me honest professional opinions--and options for my teeth. For example, I wanted to put off a filling if possible until my next 6 month appointment (too busy/stressed), and they said--given the shallowness of the cavity it could wait. I love not being pushed if it is not needed.
Years I've used this office: 12+ (approx. half with Dr. Thurn, half with Dr. Raven) Reason for choosing: Close to work, recommended by my supervisor--and Dr. Thurn had won some (statewide?) dental awards Both are great, friendly professionals. Also, two thumbs up for Karen!! (She's been my dental hygienist nearly all 12 years!!)
