on the outside the building is nice, but in reality it is your below average, super cheaply made apartments with HALF sized appliances run by an awful building manger. i have had packages stolen, and things breaking and the old building manager was super kind and attentive, she would get things done super quickly and efficiently. the new building manager elyse is everything but that, she is rude and unprofessional. she never answers her phone, won't answer to any of your concerns and it is extremely frustrating when somthing... read more
The location is good, but everything else about this building is extremely disappointing. Since living here, I have had three packages stolen, and I am not the only one — many neighbors have experienced theft as well. Despite this ongoing issue, the building has only one security camera, which is honestly unbelievable given how frequently theft occurs. My experience living in this building has been very disappointing. Although the property looks new and attractive from the outside, the overall living experience has been far below expectations. Management is almost impossible to reach — the property manager never answers phone calls, and I have never seen her in person despite multiple attempts to contact her.
