I had to fire this property management company. They failed to return my tenant's security deposit within the lawful timeframe. After a series of lies by multiple staff members, one worker finally admitted she dropped the ball. Caused my tenant undue stress. Cost me money. Will NOT recommend.
Beware of this company! The only thing they have to RAVE about is their DISHONEST and SHADY business practices. Look elsewhere. Better companies exist. Do not settle for this trash.

Rave Property Management kept $1000 of my security deposit for no valid reason. Very poor service and follow through and inconsiderate and lazy staff.If you are looking for a reputable business with an excellent reputation for consideration of their clients this isn't the place.
Rave Property Management kept my security deposit for no valid reason. Do a simple search online before you decide to do business with this company. There are quite a few complaints over more than 3 years about this place and how unprofessionally it is run. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You have been warned!!!
If I could give no stars I would. Save yourself the time, money and headache. This company has a high turnover rate and incompetent staff who engage in shady business practices and cost landlords money and tenants unnecessary grieveances. Stay far, far away. Nothing but incompetent. 😩
Rave is slum lords, they are rude, unprofessional. The rental agent Rebbecca has the customer service skills of a five year old, which is the same for the rest of the weak team. I rented from them for years and it took years to be able to safely lock my door. They neglected a 5ft shrub till it was 30ft tall letting rats in the attic. They put $0 money back, and hire unlicensed unskilled handymen that will leave your place worse off.
