I had to fire this property management company. They failed to return my tenant's security deposit within the lawful timeframe. After a series of lies by multiple staff members, one worker finally admitted she dropped the ball. Caused my tenant undue stress. Cost me money. Will NOT recommend.
Beware of this company! The only thing they have to RAVE about is their DISHONEST and SHADY business practices. Look elsewhere. Better companies exist. Do not settle for this trash.

Rave Property Management kept $1000 of my security deposit for no valid reason. Very poor service and follow through and inconsiderate and lazy staff.If you are looking for a reputable business with an excellent reputation for consideration of their clients this isn't the place.
Rave Property Management kept my security deposit for no valid reason. Do a simple search online before you decide to do business with this company. There are quite a few complaints over more than 3 years about this place and how unprofessionally it is run. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You have been warned!!!
