Awesome experience taking my son to see beauty and the beast. We have to sit around for over 2 hours due to it being sold out, but belle being here made it worth it. My 6 year old had his entire night made before even seeing the movie. She kept up the belle act very convincingly and was very into her character. She talked to my son a lot and took pictures. She didn't act frustrated once and entertained his every question or story. This girl deserves a raise! :) she should be working at Disney. She's definitely good enough. B... read more
Lyda at the bar upstairs may very well be the rudest bartender I have ever encountered!!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Asked for a drink menu, that clearly irritated her as she snatched it from in front of another customer and tossed it in front of me. Ordered a drink and she rolled her eyes and huffed at me!! Never again!!!
The facility needs TLC. We saw a movie in theater 10. As we walked in one seat was covered stating out of order. An additional two more in the top row were broken. In the ladies room there were two toilets roped off. The one I took my daughter in looked to be broken when she sat on it too. The condition off the bathroom was pretty awful.
