Worst Cinemark theater I've been to by far! Popcorn was old and cold. Cinemark is my theater of choice in my home state of Iowa. But now that I'm in Florence I'm gonna have to switch to Regal!
The theatre was ok.... but my movie (Beauty and the Beast) was ruined by someone spraying perfume and causing a lady to literally sneeze over 50 times in a row. I'm not even exaggerating. At all. The whole theatre was laughing at her and of course it had to happen right when the iconic ballroom scene started. I was very aggravated and definitely ruined the experience �
Beauty and the Beast (kid movie), matinee Sunday, sold out show. They sell my 10y/o and myself premium tickets without notifying of the age restriction. I get upstairs to be seated and they wouldn't seat us. I'm a 40 y/o dad with his daughter and they wouldn't let her see the movie. Poor kid was almost in tears. Shane on you Florence 14.
