Sat in VIP seats and had people talking the entire movie. Complained and NOTHING was done. Not a single staff member went to talk to them. Also asked our waiter for popcorn 3 times and he never brought it. Worst experience at the movies.
For a basically new place, it is in horrible condition!!!! A number of seats are already broken. The prices are way too high for the luke warm/cold food you get at at the concession stand.
Every seat in this place is broken and dirty. In need of major upgrades such as the ones in surrounding theatres, with nice reclining seats for everyone. I'd rather drive 15 minutes more for a better experience at the movies.

Very nice theater, usually kept quite clean. Really enjoy the Luxe seating! However, the theater rooms are due for some new seats!
