Very disappointed that they did not have a screening of “Sunset Boulevard”. Has Florence quit showing the Turner Classic Movie series?

Normally I like this theater but today we got handicap seating and for an extra chair they gave us a straight back wooden chair. They could have at least provided a nicer chair with cushions.

I have NEVER been so humiliated and unfairly treated by an establishment in my life. My husband and I were singled out and harassed by a couple of the theaters employees and even the manager while we were quietly and excitedly waiting for the movie to start. We decided today that we were going to drive an hour to Florence and have a "date night," because I have just gotten over a month of severe depression/anxiety. I normally say wonderful things about this theater and my family and I go here often, but been trying to purchase tickets for Infinity War and there is no info yet. I even called and was told they hadn't decided which theater to show it in (?????). Getting tired of waiting and thinking about just seeing it somewhere else.

Over priced EVERYTHING then ger into to watch the movie and 90% of the damn chairs are broke and extremely uncomfortable. So we pay for over priced tickets to sit in a ghetto theater. Also dont wear flip flops or you might lose one to the stick
