Office staff (Skokie) and pre doctor consultation technicians are very efficient, polite, and personable. Dr Ravage explained what he was looking at as the exam continued (not that I understood most of it!) for one of the techs (Max) to record. He brought it all down to a layman's level so I got a solid idea of the issues I was having and what might be done to mitigate their negative impacts. Would recommend without hesitation.
