This law office takes your information then blocks your account. They even give you the telephone number and extensions but no one picks up the phone just hangs up. I agreed to a payment arrangement and made my first payment and then they stopped answering the phones and restricted my online account so I couldnt make another payment. Ive called, sent them messages, nothing back from them.

Terrible humans, paid off debt in May and here we are in July with new charges and fees apparently that were missed before. Absolutely trash humans. The debt in question. I had stage 4c cancer was dying on hospice and survived, God forbid and now I am in medical debt because America and I wanted to live to watch my kids grow up. I should have **** **********. I know better now.
