first time patient.. i would not continue with this pediatrician only coz he got annoyed with us (Parents) asking Qs which both me and my husband did not like.. Doctors need to be patient in explaining the concerns parents have.. was pretty disappointed though.. decided not to stick with this pediactrician

If I could leave no stars I would. His staff is rude and he is their leader. His patient experience has no standing. He is more concerned with not taking a late lunch than his patients experience especially on a weekend
Dr Lo has been taking care of my son (10) and daughter(7) since they were babies, and a lot of patience with educating us parents. His professionalism goes hand in hand with his bed-side manner, both with adults and kids, and there is comfort in knowing he is our family pediatrician.
Dr. Lo takes his time and explains things with a great deal of warmth and patience. We had 2 situations where Dr. Lo called me after hours and answered all my concerns, not once rushing me to finish the call. I am so impressed with his knowledge and comfort. We are so lucky to have found this GREAT DOCTOR!!!

Great doctor! We have been taking our daughter and son for the last 3 years with great results.
He is such a kind and caring pediatrician I have seen. He spends long time to analyse the kid thoroughly. He also educates parents about and to do's.
