I first met Dr. Vernal in 1999. I was sixteen. I lost function in my left side making it difficult to do ADL's on my own. Turns out I had an AV Malformation in my head. Dr. vernal did my surgery. He was kind and caring. Made sure I was never scared. He is the reason I decided to have a career in the medical field. I may not be a doctor or a nurse. But he saved my life. Now I can help others. Thank you!!!
