Terrible plumbing business I’ve ever encountered. Not professional and never called me back because they messed up something on their part. Now I have to find another plumber who’s more reliable and accountable for their mistakes.
There was a lack of professionalism with the workers', including smoking on the job, and the extended timeframe for completion which is most likely from the workers being high on a complicated septic system. I have cameras on the property and was very disappointed for how much they slacked off instead of working for what they were getting paid to do.
I had a fantastic experience with Rathmann Plumbing. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was top-notch. They were prompt in scheduling a visit, and their plumber arrived on time, which was much appreciated. The plumber was highly professional and knowledgeable, quickly identifying and fixing the issue with my plumbing.
