The ladies in the front office are amazing, and they provided excellent customer service. Everything was explained, and all of my benefits were confirmed before I arrived for my appt. I just had a cleaning but she was very gentle & didn't scold me too much for not flossing.
Great experience from the minute I walked in the door.. Everyone from the receptionist to the check out clerk was super nice and friendly. Hygienist was gently and dentist was understanding and easy to talk to. I didn't have to wait at any time and that is very important to me.
Dr. Copeland and his staff operate a practice that makes you want to go to the dentist. His office staff, personnel, and his demeanor are patient oriented, and use the latest equipment. They WANT to be there for the patient. What more could you ask?
The office staff was efficient and professional. Despite my being late for the appointment they did your best to accommodate me.
Shelly was my hygienist and she was wonderful. Good to see Dr. Copeland again and glad to be back to this dental service. Personable and fair with pricing. Great service.
