All staff members were very friendly and professional. The dentist set a great example of professional attitude and concern for the patient. They explained everything so nothing was left unclear. This is the beginning of a long-term relationship with Copeland Dentistry for me and my family. I have always hated the x-ray almost more than the needle but they were the first office to get a first-shot x-ray without any discomfort to me what-so-ever. They are great. I have been to several dentists over my lifetime. Dr. Copeland along with his staff are the best. From the moment you arrive, and until the time you are completed everyone is friendly and professional.
Every time I go to get my teeth clean me and Mrs. Jennifer ( I hope I got her name right) always have a great conversation she remembers what we talked about six months ago at previous cleaning. She makes me feel real comfortable and relaxed cause most of the times I am nervous bout dental work not here though Jennifer is the best she is very comforting and nice
I am so grateful for Dr Copeland and the entire office. They ALL always treat me with courtesy and respect. I feel totally confident in Dr Copeland’s knowledge and advice. I recommend them to anyone in search of professionalism and friendliness.

Thorough, fast, friendly. My hygienist makes me feel comfortable and at ease, while working fast and thoroughly to complete my cleaning.
Maggie was just great with the cleaning and Dr Copeland did his job perfectly. Great visit.
