Will never go again. Dr was extremely unprofessional and didn’t listen to/like my personal preference and comfort when it came to MY contacts and refuses to release my prescription. Owner has yet to respond to the 3 messages I’ve left for a refund.

Hi Jaime- I apologize if our policies were not made clear, but we cannot release a contact lens prescription without proper follow-up. Nonetheless, because of the confusion I had told my staff several days ago to issue you a refund for contact lens services. If they have not contacted you about that please let me know here and I will see to it personally

We went to the Rathjens for several years before moving out of state. Fantastic doctors! They are caring and thorough. We would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Rossi is my favorite doctor of all time! The receptionists/assistants were also helpful and I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family. I'm a little sad that I don't need to go back until next year. LoL
I had my annual appointment scheduled for today....I received 2 text notifications including one yesterday. I left work early to make the appointment and not be charged the fee for missing the appointment just to be told that what was scheduled was a "pre-appointment" made in another scheduling system and that since I hadn't called to confirm my appointment was filled with another client. I have been a patient for 10+ years. At my last annual exam appt, the rathjens office staff told me my exam was not covered by my insurance and i paid $150 that day, as i need to be able to see. Come to find out, my insurance does cover the exam, but will not cover it now because rathjens didnt submit the claim in a timely manner. I have gone back and forth with rathjens staff, their accounting agency, as well as my insurance for reimbursement of the erroneous charge for 3+ months, and all three continually point the finger ... read more
I am still waiting to hear back from the doctor regarding several HIPAA issues and CUPTA issues. Avoid at all cost. Will be filling official complaints unless my issues are addressed.
