Great experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy. The ring turned out absolutely perfect, better than I imagined. Highly recommend!
Worst experience! Greedy shop owner, horrible customer service, and gold quality is super poor. Some items look old and outdated, but priced like new gold. First, a lady quoted me a price, then she discussed with her super arrogant husband and jacked up the price by $60/gram! Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Stay away from this shop if you can!
