I am a 10 year old kid and got a piearcing on my left ear and the owner calmed me down and used a gun that. t did not hurt. The people there were so kind and generous and the price was cheap. when i went to change my earring the person working gave me options and recomendaions on what earring to get plus he gave us a discount which he did not have to do. in concluion this is a great place to get jewlery and piaercings and i recomend going there.

We had a great experience getting a name pendant and a chain. They were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Staff is very friendly! Would highly recommend!
Very poor customer service and substandard gold quality. Recently had to exchange one piece of jewel I received as a gift, just 2 days apart it was purchased - due to a defect. The experience with their customer service was the worst I ever had experienced. Never experienced this kind of poor treatment. I will not be returning and definitely not recommending this place to anyone.
