If I could give them no stars I would ! You can NOT get a hold of them , they literally do not answer their phone ! I’ve had a very important MRI result I have been waiting on and nobody calls me to tell me the results ! I trusted this practice to have Their best interest in my health they do not care about you ! Do NOT go here ! You will regret it ! It is unacceptable to not answer the phones at all or return calls !
I really didn’t want to post this but it’s the only voice I have in this situation. If you are looking for a primary physician- run - don’t walk - run. This office never and I mean never answers the phone. The voicemail is full and there is no other way to contact anyone. I have been with this office since February and nothing regarding this has changed. I am currently changing to a new office and I ask you to read the other reviews and take heed - it is not worth the trouble of finding out after the fact.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences here and probably shouldn’t have stayed as long as I did. Unfortunately, my only conclusion has been to recognize that she just doesn’t care. It doesn’t matter to her whether you have your proper medications called in. It doesn’t matter if not having your prescribed medications in fact makes you ill. It’s honestly mind boggling! I used to think she was “so nice” but now realize a nice person wouldn’t treat others with such a lack of respect.
