During the pandemic they decided to upcharge our account, even after we had cancelled it back in May. We're all hurting for money these days. They're thieves!

OWNER CARES MORE ABOUT HIS POCKETS DURING A HORRIBLE PANDEMIC
I went in to just try a month to see if I wanted to continue....but was told I have to sign up for a year....and it was the 15th and the owner told me not only was I to pay for the full month but in 2 weeks a new month would be charged to my bank...the owner is a tool, and I hope this shutdown wipes rascals off the map!
Charged me $80 in equipment fees, when I was only a member for 6 months. Asked for a refund of 39. They also charge you $25to process your cancellation.
Best gym I ever joined. Clean, great equipment, friendly staff. Am I officially addicted when I can't wait to get THERE on Black Friday?
Rascals was a great gym, but if you're going to join don't ever plan on leaving because they will continue to take monthly payments several months after you cancelled your membership. Poor customer service. I have gone in several times to have this fixed and never even received a phone call...
Clean, super convenient hours, good equipment selection, friendly staff.
