RecommendedLove working out at Rascals! The facility is clean and offers cleaning supplies all over the building for all members to use! Everything you need in a gym to get your workout done right! Amazing spin classes offered too! Definitely check it out!
Pristine environment, amazing equipment, friendly staff, tons of squat racks, plenty of free weights—what’s not to love? I would recommend Rascals to anyone who wants a safe, comfortable, fun place to work out. 10/10.
Through COVID this is by far the safest, cleanest place to exercise. I feel safe and welcomed and am happy to be a part of the Rascals family. AND!!! Don’t believe the negative reviews. The Limerick location closed. Canceling is an easy process. Laziness is apparently the excuse to be a jerk. ☹️
Staff is extremely friendly and they even know your name. Equipment is too notch and very clean!
Horrible customer service. Mark P, the owner closed the Limerick gym, then without asking, switched everyone to a membership in his Collegeville location. This location is not in my area, and I am unable to use this gym. The management charged my Credit Card without my permission, when I called to inquire, they would not allow me to speak to a manager, give me the name of a manager, the desk girl knew nothing. Love this facility. They have taken extra steps to keep us safe during the pandemic. I feel safe working out at Rascals.
I have been a member since 2017 and I absolutely love it here! The gym is super clean, amazing staff and members! There’s nothing else that can compare😊 Even though Marc lost his limerick and Pottstown locations, I was still dedicated to keep being a member because small businesses need our support! I will continue to support Rascals Fitness! Great energy, amazing classes, and amazing equipment! This gym is like my second family 😊 I always have a good time here☺️
While I enjoyed Rascals for the 2+ years I was a member, their handling of the closure of Limerick and members cancelling since Collegeville isn’t convenient is atrocious. I had multiple emails with them and was finally able to get my cancellation acknowledged only for them to continue to charge me. I contested the charges with my bank and they were reversed since clearly my bank is able to understand the ridiculousness of ongoing charges for a cancelled membership. Rascals epitomizes what current fitness and safety standards need to be! Marc and his staff have welcomed the members from local gyms that have closed and continued to encourage current members to come back. I feel at home again after losing my workout home and group fitness position at Retro Fitness in Oaks.
