They don't pay attention to order detail, very rude delivery driver/manager. Forgot my whole a$$ large pizza then lied that he will call me back... he never did. I called the store to ask for refund since I didn't get it. I was told not to call the store again. The food quality is trash if you like loose wet rubbery wings and brown lettuce half a$$ salads this is the place for you!!! I see why this store can't keep staff on board, that rude nasty attitude manager/deliverydriving owner is why...
Hire friendly staff that know how to give GOOD customer service.
haven't had Rascal House since the concert days at Peabody's. almost a good as I remember bet if we would have ordered a whole pizza it would have been. but we will be back!

I love this establishment. Owner is very nice. The grinders are amazing. The restaurant is clean and we'll maintained. The food is served hot and they deliver. My favorite Rascal house.
Since moving to Bedford I needed to find new pizza place.. I come a lot food has ALWAYS been good.. They have always been good to me.. BEST PIZZA PLACES 1~ Congins E.185 Cleveland 2~ Calas Vine St. Eastlake 3~ Rascal House Bedford
Staff was friendly and courteous. The pizza (with onion) was very good. Try it, you'll like it.
