Boarded my jack Russell here and he came back with a hole the size of a dime in his face from trying to rip off a muzzle (we've never muzzled him owning him for 10 years) and 10 pounds lighter. He was also dehydrated. And they tried to come up with every excuse in the book for it.
I took my Pomeranian Snowball to get spayed last year. They sent her home the same day because they said she was hyperventilating because she was away from home. When she came home she still seemed to be hyperventilating. It wasn't that at all. When they put the tube down her throat it must have been too big or they scratched her trachea. Now she is on hydrocodone for a collapsed trachea. I would never go there again and I would never recommend this hospital to anyone! A really excellent place. The vets and the assistants are wonderful.
I am so disgusted! My dog is in utter pain and they WOULD NOT see her!!!! Tiffany was rude and unhelpful! When I said, "you don't have emergency appointments?? What if she was hit by a car? U would send me away??" Her response was, "honestly, we'd patch her and send her to another clinic". This is how you treat a client who has been with you for decades?? Thank god for Plainfield Animal Hospital! They are picking up the slack for this organization's shortcomings!
