Service was below average but I cannot deny the food quality was very good. The asparagus was over done but not a deal breaker. We sat outside so maybe the waiter put us lower on his priority list. The front desk hostess was beyond excellent and we made a point of giving her a tip despite giving a below average tip to our waiter.
Worst service I've ever received at a restaurant. Applebee's has better service. Not even an exaggeration =/ A sad and pathetic place.
Our assisting server Jacob saved the evening... he should be primary. Food was delicious
Rare was very good, the service was very good everything was wonderful. The waiter did a great job, he explained all the different steaks and everything else on the menu, he spent a lot of time at are table. We will be going back for are next anniversary.

Just ate at Chicago's "#1 steak house" PrimeHouse in the James Hotel. Rare beat the socks off this place. From the sides to your amazing aged steaks to the exceptional service you give. The meal we had in December was amazing, but after this meal tonight, I appreciate that meal even more. Thank you.
