Update to my 3 year old review below: Shawn came out today for a same day service call for our home air conditioner. I have now used Rare multiple times for residential and commercial service. Rare Heating and Air is prompt, honest and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to contact them. Very good service. I left message with night answering service telling them it was not an emergency.
