Rare Bird offers the best atmosphere to enjoy some of the best beers in the world. Not only do we have our beers brewed right here but we have over 35 taps of beers from all over the world. Not into beer? That's okay too! We offer wine, cider and liquor as well. Feeling peckish or downright hungry? RB has a fantastic pub fusion menu taking classic pub favorites and putting an exciting twist on them. There's not a better place in Northern Michigan to come relax, imbibe and take in the local scene.

The food was over priced and terrible. Atmosphere was pretty good. Very limited drink selection if you aren't into beer

Great spot on Lake! The neighborhood has changed quite a bit it and Rare Bird is a welcome addition. They took the space and converted it into a warm and lively room with fantastic beer. Everyone we spoke to knew their stuff, and the menu offers up creative food options as well. Though their liquor license doesn't allow for growlers or distribution, it does allow them to build a local fan base before launching big. Nice work, Rare Bird!
