Had an appointment for 5pm (they close at 6pm but do not schedule past 5PM). Told them I would be 5-10 minutes late since I, like most, work until 5PM. I was assured this wouldn't be a problem since I only needed a trim and no major styling or cut. Upon myself calling at 5:07 PM to confirm my appointment while approximately 1 mile away I was told I was way too late and had to cancel my appointment. I guess people just don't want to work anymore as the locals like to say around here.
