I'm adjusting my review from 3 stars to 5 after what I think is exceptional customer service recovery from Raps. The Tech, Matt, and his apprentice were very kind and considerate of my situation when they arrived and gave a quick assessment. Taking into consideration how complex and expensive the job could be, Matt recommended another company that specializes in a less costly fix that was better suited for how difficult it was going to be to access the leak. I wanted to take a moment to commend Dan Wypychoski for his outstanding job installing my heat pump. He was polite and very knowledgeable throughout the process. I was also very impressed with his young female apprentice, Amanda. She's amazing—"You go, girl!" She is being trained by the best.
