Great work, at an honest price.
I have nothing to complain about. Joseph Mastrony was really nice and was very helpful. I was having a problem with the Tankless Hot water heater water filter. I could not unscrew it. He was finally able to remove it and ended up flushing the system. Now I'm happy.
Dan and Joe are remarkable in their plumbing profession and go beyond the call of duty. Both gentleman did an excellent job resolving a shower drain leak, their knowledge, concern, professionalism and customer friendly attitude was outstanding. Raps offers a summer and winter maintenance program that is fantastic. Raps responds timely and their customer service is great. Totally satisfied with Raps Plumbing and Heating.
