Completely inept, arrogant and unable to do the simplest things you ask of her. I have now lost a job because she did not send out the needed paperwork. My repeated requests to her for the needed paperwork went unanswered for almost two months. When she did finally respond, she sent me a picture with her phone of the paperwork I needed. When I told her I needed her to scan and email it to me, she never responded. I had to file a complaint with the State Medical Board! Stay AWAY!!!!
