From check in to check out, Dr. Donato and the staff at Rapp. Foot & Ankle were awesome! Responsive, very short wait to see the doc. Everyone is pleasant and professional. See you in 4 weeks for follow up.
A very caring and professional office with Dr's and staff that take the time to listen and answer all your concerns and treat you in a very professional way.
I waited 4 weeks for an appointment. Then I waited 45 minutes to be put in a room. Then I was told it would be another 30 minutes. I took the morning off for this appointment and had to leave before I ever had a chance to see Dr DuPont. I'm infuriated and will be sure to tell my primary. This is not only inconvenient but also rude and disrespectful of other people's time. Thank goodness I was not dying. This is such a horrible way to treat people.
I have been going going to ms Ahn for pedicures for almost 10 yrs She's very proficient and gentle I have moved to loudoun county and I still drive over 1 hr to see her
