I am giving the receptionists a 1 star. They where so rude. I tried to ask a question and was told to sit down and would be called up. Really! Then it takes the 22 minutes to check me in. And i could hear them talking about there weekend and that made me mad. I know I was early but really. If I every treated a customer like that I would be in trouble. But the human medical field gets away this all the time. Thank God the doctors there are so wonderful.
I broke my ankle on Thursday, April 27th. I was able to get an appointment at 4pm at the Garrisonville location. We had some difficulties with our pcp in completing our Tricare referral request. We got to the office and was told that the office had not received our Tricare referral. Heather called Tricare for us and did everything she could to assist us with the referral. Saw Dr Z for 4 injections under ultrasound. He was very patient with me as it was extremely painful at times. I hope to never have to do it again. The staff and doctor were very compassionate to me and it was greatly appreciated.
Dr. Danado is simply the best!!!i received excellent care!!!!
Dr Carley and the staff are absolutely amazing!! If you have a foot or ankle injury, don't go anywhere but here!!
