The location on coliseum one of the PA is not professional at all!
First off the receptionist is not welcoming and rude, second off they didn’t have many answers for me and when I signed my papers to leave they had the wrong pharmacy listed after I updated that information in the front on the paper the receptionist gave me so when I told the nurse she hollered out the door for the dr to send it to the correct address which isn’t professional and they still sent it to the wrong address. What’s the point in updating information when they don’t update in the system obviously.
Very caring staff, extremely professional This was my fourth visit to the clinic and I have always experienced great care with the staff and the NP on duty
Thank you to ALL the amazing ladies at R.U.C on 28 west. X-ray (nothing broke) and sinus infection diagnosed. Prescriptions called in for me to pick up and ready on my way home. And I was literally back at my house less that 2 hours after I left!!! Quick, reliable, and friendly. Loved it!!
