First off the service was rude . My 2 yr old baby had an injury to her leg screaming crying in pain the lady behind the counter so rudely no sympathy once so ever , “we dont take this insurance” there are ways to go about it and just for that I wouldn’t recommend because it seems like you are just a number here and your emergency only matters if they take your insurance
The wait was pretty long. But once I got back I was in and out . The nurse and nurse practitioner was great and very attentive.
Fast and efficient. Every urgent care needs to be like this. Courteous, professional staff. Thorough care and compassionate.
