Able to make an appointment on a Saturday morning, , not crowded, friendly staff, comfortable furnished.
I went there for a simple tests and they found every way possible to overcharge me. The hidden fees were not disclosed ahead of time, and I ended up having to pay $100+ dollars over what was announced, and that well after it had all been said and done. Very predatory business model.
This is hands down my my favorite urgent care in all of Los Angeles, and they accept my HMO insurance. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and the staff is helpful and kind. My visits were never more than an hour from walk-in wait to leaving, even less when I make an appointment. I wanted to head in today, but it seems the hours have been reduced. I hope this is temporary 😭
Now this doctor wants to convince me that the reason they only discuss one symptom is at a time is about respect for other patient's time. If you can't add a simple urinalysis to a visit, then I'm sorry... that's GREED! You won't need to worry worry about me taking up your time!
I made an appointment because I had two issues. I received a polite call to tell me that they would only see me for one issue at a time. I canceled. I don't need a doctor that is this greedy!!
