A friendly staff & NO waiting! Great Experience!
Such a shame that this business advertises they are an Aetna provider...Makes some think they are an in-network preferred provider for Aetna. This is NOT the case. Beware. Check with your insurance company before you get stuck with a huge bill!!

Currently we are an In-Network preferred provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Coventry, United Healthcare, Humana, Cigna and Aetna. When you visited our clinic over a year ago, we were not an in-network preferred provider with Aetna. Now we are. We have visited several Urgent Care offices on the Northshore. This is hands down the cleanest one with the most efficient, effective, and friendly nurses and doctor!!

After having a very bad experience at another local urgent care facility, the staff at Rapid Urgent Care was absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the nurse and doctors, I can not speak highly enough of this office. Thank you all again for being so compassionate!
