Dr. Robert Weissmann once treated me and I was very upset at his rudeness and unprofessionalism but loved the rest of the staff. When in need, I have always called here first to inquire which doctor was in, if it was not Weismann, I would go here. If he was there, I would go elsewhere. Today I was told that due to safety reasons, they could not tell me which doctor was in. So I guess I will now be turning over all my business to Oschner Urgent Care in Covington where ALL the doctors and staff are professional. Seems silly to... read more
RecommendedFast and always call after service to make sure you are feeling better.
I've NEVER had such an awesome experience as I did with them. I would highly recommend them for any medical needs you might have. I was in there for a total of less than 30 minutes. Now, you tell me where else you can get service that excellent in an expediant manner! 5 thumbs up!
EXCELLENT STAFF, CLEAN OFFICE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT... EVEN HAD SANITIZER AND A SMALL SAMPLE TO GIVE TO THE INCOMING PATIENTS AS WE ARRIVE! AWESOMENESS! I LIVE IN COVINGTON BUT WILL DRIVE HERE TO THIS LOCATION FOR THE RESPECT, FRIENDLINESS AND CLEANLINESS!
I do not recommend the Mandeville location to anyone. Certainly don't bother if it's near closing time. The staff spent more time trying to not treat me than they did. I actually left with zero treatment or diagnosis. I usually go to the Cov branch and they are always helpful... Mandeville was a complete joke. Don't waste your time there.
first and foremost, the dr. was a babe. the staff was super nice and courteous and we didn't wait long at all. 11/10 would go again
I got there right before they opened on Saturday (2nd person "in line"). I was a first time patient (because I was traveling through) at waited about 10 minutes to be seen. I was there for an hour overall (many others came in right after me), was tested for strep and flu, and was then treated for sinus infection/possibly pneumonia. The Dr was very nice and thoroughly explained everything to me regarding medication and interactions with meds I was already taking.
