Stopped in for the first time on Saturday 9/1/18 all the employees were awesome!! Walked out with 3 new coats ! A couple new Shirts some more PSU accessories!! � it will definitely be back !
I’ve been buying shoes here since 2003 bc they’re the best. Back then they found shoes to help relieve my back pain (it went away and never came back) and just this past weekend I got shoes to try to deal with some foot pain. When I saw the podiatrist today he picked up my shoes and said, “these shoes are PERFECT for your feet! These are really great shoes” and I was like, “I know, the store I get them from is the best.” They spent time making sure I had exactly what worked and supported my feet the best. Love rapid transit!
A great athletic shoe and sportswear store. They know their products, listen to their customers, and match the right product to the customer. They have a great selection of merchandise which is exceeded by the customer service.
RecommendedTerry (sp?) and Jason were great in recommending certain pairs to us. My husband and I ultimately decided on the Brooks and after walking about 7 miles in them on that same day, my feet are happy! We will be returning in a couple of months when it’s time to get a new pair to gear up for Fall semester.
Had an awesome experience there this morning. They definitely know what they are doing and my feet thank them. Their customer service is amazing!!

This is one of the best running shops I have experienced. Terry takes the time to make sure you have exactly the right shoe for your feet and activities. What a wonderful experience!! And the prices are competitive with what you would find anywhere else (but without such wonderful customer service).
