Amazing! Increasing my running mileage and needed new shoes to keep up. Terry was incredibly patient and willing to take as much time as necessary to find the best shoe to fit my needs. He took my running habits, injuries/strains, and personal preference all into consideration. Why would you ever buy shoes on-line with experts like these in the hood who will analyze your gait and foot and recommend the proper shoe and fit! Try that with Amazon! We've been going to this store for 10 years when we visit from Canada and hands down it is the most pleasant and caring attention you could ever hope to receive in a retail setting. Great prices, knowledge and attention to detail. We love it. Thanks to everyone at RT who has helped us over the years! Our feet our grateful, too!

I can't thank the staff today enough. My husband and I and our three boys have huge feet and proper fitting shoes are a struggle. They were so patient with all five of us and really listened to my boys, who aren't always clear. They even let my oldest run in his to make sure they worked for him. I went home with a brand and size I hadn't considered and am so happy with our purchases. It wasn't cheap, and I am very cheap, but shoes are so important for health and comfort that you can't afford to skimp on shoes. We live an hou... read more
