I just got a pair of Asics for THON, and after working out in them, they seemed a tad too big. I went back to RTS and was in and out in 5 minutes with the same shoe a half size smaller. Very impressed with their customer service!
I continue to be amazed by the professional and friendly staff at Rapid Transit. The staff are very skilled in identifying the right shoe for you. I love buying my running shoes there. Thank you for making me feel like I am hanging out with friends every time I enter the store.

We had an amazing experience yesterday at Rapid Transit Sportswear. It was a very busy Black Friday as well. Bob kindly spent over half and hour with my son trying on basketball shoes and making a recommendation based on fit and budget. My son couldn't decide, so we thought about it over lunch and when we returned, Bob had searched and found the right size and color that he knew my son wanted.
