I am writing this to let people know in the Arizona area that if a technician by the name of Matt Spencer shows up at your home or business you will probably have a higher labor rate considering that he spends most of his day playing on Facebook when he should be working. I'll be moving to Arizona soon and will not used a company that would allow this. I have also contacted friends and family in the area to help pass this along. This truly saddens us as rapid recovery looked like a good place to work. Shame on Robbie Eddy from RR. You hired my husband knowing that he had to reinstate his hazmat and proceed to go thu TSA back round check, which we all know this is a lengthy process, my husband kept you up to date w/all information from TSA, he also did two of your drug test which he passed, he also went thru your backround check after weeks of us and you being patient. this past monday you recanted your offer for the position? Been working in HVAC for 6 years and I think that I may have worked for one company which is as family and customer oriented as Rapid Recovery. There really is no other company that can do what we do in refrigerant recovery.
