For reasons that I still do not understand, Tristan Emond remains one of the most detailed people I've met. During our sales, purchases, leases, etc he diligently keeps us on track. One might think that some my many experiences would have rubbed off on me. They have not. Tristan Emond and Sarah Barone Emond have been there to gently remind me, occasionally prod me, and once, to hold my feverish hand awaiting a counter offer. Simply stated, they are the best.
