When I first contacted Tristan, he was extremely helpful. He met with me immediately to go over the details of his services. Soon after, he met me at my house, and made suggestions to make my house more marketable. His knowledge of housing markets, and the most important traits to sell a house were amazing!!!! After completing the tasks he recommended, he had my house sold within 9 hours. So pleased with him and his company! And to top it off...he is an extremely nice person and lots of fun to work with!!!
