I went into Rapid glass for a couple small glass shelves for a shower niche because Brin glass doesn’t sell to public anymore. They made them that day which was great but the craftsmanship wasn’t. After picking them up I took them back to refinish edge because it was very in consistent. Then had my wife pick up second time and it wasn’t any better. Edges weren’t polished square, chipped corners and still very inconsistent polish on the edges.
I sold an older home with a large front picture window that was broken out the night before closing and discovered by the buyer and her agent at the final pre-closing walk through just two hours before closing! I called Rapid Glass immediately and scheduled glass replacement. The sellers and I were so worried this would be a deal breaker but thankfully the buyer did attend the closing and I reassured her the window would be repaired quickly. These guys were awesome! Showed up and saved three of my windows that I was sure needed to be totally replaced due to the fact that they were cladded. But, Gunner managed to remove the cladding, replace the glass and reinstall the cladding. Great work, great people.
Jim came out early, was nice as can be, and explained everything to me. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Just had Jim from Rapid Glass come out and fix my windshield. It took no time at all, and he was very friendly. Setting the appointment up was very easy as well. They even helped me set up a claim with my insurance agency. 5/5 Would recommend.
