I had Rapid Glass come out on 5/29 to estimate a window and sliding glass door replacement. I got the quote the next day for $715.00. I called yesterday to set up the replacement and they said “Oh we have to call you back after we review your quote.” Talked to them today. New quote after 20% discount is nearly two hundred dollars higher! Who does this? I will go to another glass company.

We had a team meeting today to discuss your concern and decided if you would like to move ahead with the installation, we would be happy to complete the work for the $713 dollars originally quoted. Originally, one of our apprentice technicians provided the quote information and had priced it incorrectly. Very helpful and I would totally recommend Rapid Glass.
Vandalized with a rock through my living room window. The "traditional" window companies could do nothing but replace the entire window, not just the broken pane, and had MONTHS of lead time. Rapid Glass came out, measured, ordered a replacement pane, and had me good to go in a couple of weeks. First class operation, pillar to post.
Rapid Glass did all the legwork to replace my patio door glass twice. They noticed there was a manufacturing flaw after replacing it the first time and took care of the issue.. thank you!

Rapid Glass reviews should be sent out after installation and not prior to installation, 6 more days to go before installation...
When I called, the rep came out within a week. He was very businesslike when he did my estimate and very quick. Rapid Glass ordered my glass right away, and even though they said it would take three weeks, it only took two, and the glass was installed within about a week of the time the glass was done. I was VERY pleased, given that I had called two other glass companies who said they were booked out two months and would call back but never did. And the windows look great.
