Came out on the same day the problem happened. He was super-friendly, explained the issue to me, resolved it quickly in the first visit. He cleaned up after himself and was very reasonably priced. Rapid Appliance Repair is my new goto for any appliance that breaks in the future.

Service guy “Brian” immediately diagnosed the problem, recommended a couple of additional and minor fixes that would make my refrigerator more functional. Hire these guys! -Larry
Only good thing was they came out same day and identified problem. $59 just to come out. Supposed to arrive 2-4 pm. Actually arrived 5:30 pm. Then said would have to return next day with part and repair estimate. Wanted an additional $235 to replace intake water valve in Maytag washing machine. Very expensive labor for a $15-20 part. Also, language barrier, hard to understand what they were saying.
Friendly service man. Came out on Memorial Day and was able to repair the fridge!
The repair was completed in a very timely matter.
