Technician called and came in the time frame given and took care if my issue with my stove in no time, will use again.
It was a bit pricey but i am happy the work was done quickly.
Originally, I was scheduled to have my washer fixed on Monday. Rapid Electronic Repair ended up fitting me into their schedule Saturday afternoonn. The technician, Mike, was very thorough and professional. He solved my washer problem in an unconventional way and most likely saved me a lot of money. I would definite recommend this company.
Very prompt in responding. They sent a service man out within two hours, diagnosed to problem, ordered the needed part and came beak early the next day to replace it! The serviceman was named Mike. He was very professional and friendly! I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors!

I received a call from Rapid Appliance Repair and the gentlemen listened very carefully about my problem. He was able to send the technician that afternoon to come to my home for the repair. The technician was very polite and explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to repair it. He troubleshooted the unit right away and gave me a reasonable price for the part and labor.
