I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Rapha Physical Therapy. This is absolutely not a place I would recommend for children, especially children with special needs or disabilities. I had an emergency and arrived only 5 minutes late to pick up my children and instead of showing even a small amount of understanding or compassion, I was told that I could no longer bring my child back. Don't go here at all if your child is sick because they let sick kids show up and you call out they will kick you off of the schedule completely so now my child has zero therapys . It's truly disgusting and hes non verbal autistic so change is horrible for him I will be reporting this place asap especially since when walking in there was a huge cocktail roach too . I find this place disheartening they don’t care about your child needs.My son has been in the waiting list for the past 3 years to receive Speech and occupational therapy . After multiple calls and checking his place. I finally got to talk to the owner and she apologized for the long wait and requested a new evaluation and it turns out that my Insurance is out network. I’m so disappointed and extremely frustrated that people don’t do their job my child just missed 3year of care.
