I find this place disheartening they don’t care about your child needs.My son has been in the waiting list for the past 3 years to receive Speech and occupational therapy . After multiple calls and checking his place. I finally got to talk to the owner and she apologized for the long wait and requested a new evaluation and it turns out that my Insurance is out network. I’m so disappointed and extremely frustrated that people don’t do their job my child just missed 3year of care.
This is a caring and professional establishment. The owner, Joscelyn, is a physical therapist. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all her clients receive the best therapy services. Thanks!
