Very nice guy. Explains everything really well. He understands my issues. Will definitely return to this office.
I saw Dr. Shaw as the 3rd dentist in 3 days, trying to get to the bottom of a week long episode of intense tooth and gum pain. He determined the problem within 10 minutes. He explained everything in detail, is friendly, and has all the toys. Best experience with a dentist in 5 years, when I moved away from another excellent dentist.
Everyone was professional and personable. I felt genuinely cared for.
I checked the box “not afraid of dentist” but when I left, the hygienist said “we’ll have you come in slowly, over time since you’re afraid of the dentist”. I had wanted to make an appointment for teeth cleaning but needed to make an exam appointment first, even though I was already there for an exam?! The man at the front desk said I could begin brining my child in at 10 years old for exam and cleaning but the hygienist said something completely different.
