Dr. Shah is amazing at what he does and treats people with kindness, respect and sincerity. You can tell by the way he interacts, not just with his patients, but with his staff as well. He goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and genuinely listens to your concerns. He is warm and yet straight to the point. The medical team here is reasonable, approachable, and conservative with treatments. The doctor took 1.5 hours to sit down and explain every detail of the treatment plan, risks/benefits, and expected outcomes. His care staff also spent time supplementing with teaching as well. Five stars for Dr. Raoul Shah! The level of support here is amazing. The whole team is very friendly and they take the time to explain everything thoroughly. Whether you speak English or Spanish, they’ve got you covered with bilingual staff or translation help. They are very patient and won't let you leave until all your doubts are resolved. It’s rare to find a clinic that cares this much about patient clarity.
So far so good. Just my first visit but all were quite thorough and friendly.
Had the best cleaning I've ever had last week. Got a crown this week. These guys are professional and do a great job. My daughter and I have been coming here for years. My daughter just got the Invisalign and I'm going to get it too after another crown and a filling. Top notch!
