We worked with Rao Factor for the décor of our desi wedding events in Dallas, and overall, they delivered beautiful setups that made our celebrations feel elevated and special. I am extremely disappointed with Shaun and his entire team. They completely failed to deliver what they had promised. The quality of the décor was far below expectations, and the wedding mandap decor — the most important and memorable part of my big day — was a complete disaster.
