We worked with Rao Factor for the décor of our desi wedding events in Dallas, and overall, they delivered beautiful setups that made our celebrations feel elevated and special. I am extremely disappointed with Shaun and his entire team. They completely failed to deliver what they had promised. The quality of the décor was far below expectations, and the wedding mandap decor — the most important and memorable part of my big day — was a complete disaster. My wedding was on April 21st 2025 at Knotting hill place, Dallas Texas. I was shocked and heartbroken when I saw what they had done. I cannot say enough about Shaun's creative genius! He took the time to understand our vision as a family and the specific requirements that my daughter had for the decor. We used Rao Factor to do wedding production for my daughter's wedding in Barcelona as well as the decor! We had a few hiccups with communication early on but with feedback, those were corrected immediately.
